It’s Pacific Magazine’s “Margarita Month,” and we’re celebrating in style! The “In Bloom” margarita was made from a creative collaboration from lead bartender Antonio and Tim. Our entry is made up of Kumquat infused tequila, a lime and tangerine juice blend, and our house made “Super Bloom Syrup”, which consists of hibiscus, jasmine, and rose. Garnished with merlot stained salt, and micro bouquet. Make sure to try our unique, colorful and delicious Margarita Month cocktail the next time you are out exploring the Gaslamp Quarter.
